Cheesy Enchilada
How2: Ramen
- Ingredients: maruchan ramen pack, veggies (whatever you want, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, green onion, all highly recommended), meat (i used lunchmeat ham, but any kind of pork/beef/chicken should be delish), egg, tamari soy sauce, and of course sriracha sauce.

- Start some water a boiling. Don’t worry about having too much, its just to cook the noodles. Also get a small pan ready to fry your veggies with some peanut oil.

- Combine some tamari, sriracha, and flavor packet in your serving bowl.

- Chop up your fucking vegetables. Make them even sizes so they all take the same time to heat.

- Water is boiling, insert noodle brick. Break it apart with your chopsticks like so:

- Fry veggies. Heat your pan up hot like 8 or 9 out of 10. Throw ‘em in there. After they are almost done, throw your egg in there. We are making it overmedium style baby.

- When done, pull noodles out of pan with chopsticks and into your serving pan. Mix the noodles up with the sauce you created before.

- Your veggies with egg flipped and ready to go. Put them into your serving bowl. Break egg for gooey goodness.

- Pour some of the water you used to cook the noodles into the bowl for broth. Mix it up a bit.
